Little known to consumers, the Tobago Habanero is mildly hot and flavours deliciously all dishes. The plant fears the cold and will have to stay indoors in a temperature of 200C minimum. The chilli pepper starts getting green, then yellow and finally red when fully ripe. After harvest, we suggest you mix the flesh to preserve it and use it all year round.
