Holy Jolokia is definitely not for beginners but absolutely perfect for experienced chilli-heads. Do not use it bare as a sauce but as an additive only. Either enjoyed with chocolate or meat, it will be a real flavour explosion. Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening.
